Associates Degrees
The Southern Virginia Higher Education Center (SVHEC) offers convenient, affordable access to a variety of associates degrees, certificates, and career studies certificate programs through our community college partners. Classes are available in-person, by video conference (Zoom), or online.
The transfer degree option ensures students complete the necessary coursework to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a bachelor’s degree. In addition, many colleges and universities have agreements with Virginia Community Colleges that provide eligible students with guaranteed admission. Speak with your advisor for more details.
