On April 27th students from Halifax County High School and Randolph-Henry High School (Charlotte County) attended SVHEC’s first AspHIRE: Mock Interview Day. This event was held in partnership with the Institute for Advanced Learning & Research (Danville) and the New College Institute (Martinsville).
During the day students participated in mock interviews and work-readiness workshops such as HR & Benefits, Your Personal Brand, and LinkedIn. Students also enjoyed a plated lunch where they had an opportunity to network and apply their business etiquette skills.
